All the important things for your holiday
We want to you feel perfectly cared for by us and in excellent hands in our establishments from the moment you make your reservation, during your entire stay and right up until your departure.
We accept reservations in writing, by email and by telephone. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make binding commitments for specific room numbers or floors.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is possible by car, train or plane. The nearest train station is Völkermarkt-Kühnsdorf (approx. 5 km away) or Klagenfurt (approx. 25 km away).
The nearest airport is in Klagenfurt. Depending on availability, a flexible transfer service is available for a fee.
Down payment
A fixed reservation can only be made after a down payment of one third of the rent of your stay has been paid.

Payment
We kindly ask you to settle the bill at the reception of the Hotel & Spa Sonne **** on the evening before your departure day.
Please bring the electricity meter reading with you. You are very welcome to make a specific appointment for billing at +43(4239)2337-810 - this will save you any waiting time. Payment is only possible in cash. We do not accept credit cards.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out for the holiday flats in the flats IRENE take place at the reception in the Hotel & Spa Sonne****.
The flats IRENE are ready for occupancy on arrival from 3 PM. We kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 11 AM for thorough cleaning.
Included services
The apartments are part of the **** Ferienhotels Sonne and therefore also offer their guests a number of unbeatable inclusive services of the two hotels, including for example: lido, parking at the hotel, childcare, tennis courts, etc.

Parking
Parking is available free of charge both directly at the flats and at the Hotel & Spa Sonne****.
Prices 2024
The prices are rental prices per flat and per day for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
Incidental costs:
- Electricity according to consumption € 0,65/KwH
- local tax € 2,70 per adult/day
- Final cleaning fee € 65,00
Travel cancellation insurance
The European insurance covers you in the event of cancellation and you can take out this through us. Simply increase the deposit by the premium of your insurance.

Seasonal opening times
The apartments IRENE are available for rent from April until October.
During company holiday we are available for you from Monday until Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM at +43-4239-2337 or irene@sonne.info.
Cancellation
In case of cancellations, the conditions according to the GTC on our website:
- Up to a maximum of 3 months before the agreed arrival date: no cancellation fee (booking fee - €50)
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the arranged price
- from 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the arranged price
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the room price will be charged for the booked time. In the event that we are able to re-rent the room or in the event of coverage by the travel cancellation insurance, you are refunded the down payment you made or your cancellation fee after the expiry of your cancelled holiday minus a booking fee of €50.

Further information about the apartments
Equipment
The 7 apartments are lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen and dining area was modernised in spring 2016 and equipped with new furniture. All flats have an anteroom, two bedrooms, safe, shower and WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, dining area, living room with sofa set (except flat 5) and terrace or balcony.
Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are provided.
Children
The Sonnelino Miniclub at Ferienhotels Sonne**** offers your little ones from 3 years of age lots of adventure, fun, games and a great, varied programme, put together personally and carefully by our childcare staff. In July and August, the programme is available to your little ones 6 days a week.
Whether baking, going on a treasure hunt as a pirate, playing football, go-kart racing, jumping on the trampoline, face painting, painting stones or mixing cocktails - there is something for everyone.
For infants, a cot, high chair, changing mat, nappy bucket and baby bath are available free of charge.
Food & Drink
The beautiful lakeside terrace at Hotel & Spa Sonne**** with its 14 'gondolas' invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch, a delicious ice cream sundae, cake and coffee or a sunset dinner by candlelight.
Simply reserve your favourite spot by the lake in advance and let our team spoil you.
Shops
The centre of St. Kanzian can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. Here you will find a doctor, pharmacy, municipal office, hairdresser, bank and supermarkets such as Billa, Penny Markt and Spar.
Wellness
Wellness offers, such as the use of the wellness area or massage and cosmetic treatments can be booked for an additional charge at the Hotel & Spa Sonne**** at the reception.
We will be happy to advise you by telephone or in person.
Dogs
You are very welcome to bring your pet with you.
- The additional fee is € 15.00 per day (without food provision).
- Bringing them to the beach of Ferienhotels Sonne**** is not permitted.
- Damage or soiling will be charged separately according to their extent.
